NTEX core values is what defines the company as well as the backbone of everything it does, both as a company and as a brand. Based on its core values, such as"Caring" and “Committed”, part of NTEX’s aim is to further engage co-workers to develop the corporate culture.
Treating people with respect inside as well as outside the organization has been part of NTEX core values since its start in 2003. This year, in an ongoing pandemic, NTEX acknowledges its duty to improve and create internal and external pathways for positive change and for the well-being of society even more.
In the spring of 2020, NTEX became an official CSR partner for the world's largest handball club, IK Sävehof in Sweden. NTEX supports Sävehof's long-term social work with #viställerupp (#wewillbethere), which aims to create a local community development for a healthier and more inclusive place for children and young people in Gothenburg, Sweden.
In 2020, part of the aim has also been to notice and take responsibility in needs related to public health. NTEX has therefore supported The Swedish Cancer Society and Breast Cancer Association during October in the fight against breast cancer by donating and raising money internally for their research and work to spread notice about the subject.
During November, co-workers are encouraged to grow mustaches in order to spread the knowledge of mens’ prostate cancer. Money is donated for research to increase awareness about the disease. By taking part of the nationwide campaign “Movember”, co-workers of NTEX will spread the notice.
